1. Shipping and Order Processing Policy
Order Processing Time: Unless noted otherwise, ALL orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
Service Types: We currently use the following delivery services: UPS and USPS. During the check out process you have the option to select the shipping company and method that best meets your needs.
Cost: Price is calculated based on the parcel's weight, destination, and service type. Value is considered for insurance purposes.

Service Locations: We do not restrict domestic shipments to physical addresses within the United States. However, it is recommended that customers, who are aware of possible difficulties associated with their service location, contact us directly. It is also recommended that customers who are unsure about best ways to get their product home or have critical delivery date needs contact us directly.
If you are an international customer you can select to have your merchandise shipped to a USA residential address or your home address.
Order Confirmation: After an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation detailing all information relevant to your order. Your credit card will be charged once your order is ready to ship. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.
If there is a problem with your order or delays are expected, you will be notified as soon as the problem becomes apparent.
2. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy allows for item return for up to 30 days after receipt. All returns require pre-authorization. To initiate the return process you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA Number”). You can do so by contacting us via phone or email.
All returned merchandise must be in its original box and include all packing materials, manuals, and accessories. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing items. You may receive a full-credit product exchange or a full credit refund (issued by the same means original payment was made). Shipping fees will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 15-20% may be assessed in certain cases.
Damaged items are replaced free of charge. Customer must notify the company of damage within 5 days after receipt of product. If the damage is apparent immediately, before the package is opened, please report damage directly to the shipping company.
Special Exceptions may exist for certain merchandise. Special Order or Custom Made merchandise, as well as custom cut cables, blister-packed items, and any chemical cleaners may not be returned.
3. Payment Options and Billing
We honor all prices listed and accept multiple payment options including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We will ask you to submit payment information during the checkout process. Your credit card will be charged once your order is ready to ship. Standard statewide tax rate of 8.25% will be added to orders to be delivered to addresses within California. An additional 1.25% will be added to orders to be delivered to addresses within San Francisco. You are responsible for any additional sales or use taxes that are specific to your district.
4. International Visitors
We welcome international customers! If you are an international customer you can select to have your merchandise shipped to a USA residential address or your home address. We accept multiple payment options including Bank Wire Transfer, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If your order is not processed online, please contact us so that we can provide you with Wire Transfer details. All international orders are subject to approval. We apologize ahead of time if we are not able to process your international order.
Please note that if a given transaction involves an export under the Export Administration Regulations, products will be exported in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The products sold under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States products.
Please keep in mind that manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States. Please also note that you are responsible for all and any import fees, customs fees or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.

Information Collection and Use
When you submit feedback or request information using our online form, we ask you to provide us with your name, email address, and telephone number for the purpose of contacting you in response to your inquiry.
When you participate in our online Forum discussions, we ask you to create an account and list your name and email address. This information is used to identify you as an active Forum participant and allow for ongoing access to the discussions on Forum.
If you ask to receive newsletters or promotional material advertising our specials, your contact information will be used to send you that material.
When you place an order using our online order form, we ask you to create an online account and submit to us your contact, billing, and financial information. Your online account stores your contact information. The financial information you provide is ONLY used to process your order and is not stored online.
Security and Personally Identifiable Information
All information you submit to us is transmitted through a secure, encrypted connection and is protected against unauthorized access.

Relevant information is shared with those parties directly related to transaction completion: Shopping Cart Provider, Merchant Services Provider, and Delivery Company. We never share your information with any third party unrelated to the order completion process.
